Hey!Okay,i just recently figured out how to make a banner!YAY!So if you wnat me to make you one for an rp,clan,friend,etc. ou come here and fill out the form!But first here;s a couple rules:

Rules~
Please keep cussing to a minimum,some of the forums members dont like to see so much cussing
Be very DETAILED about what you want on your banner!Please don't say do what you want!
Please don't ruch me!Im only human!And if you rush me i will probly do it quickly but your banner will be lacking soem of the things you wanted if you rush me.
Make sure you fill out the whole form.
If you don't liek your banner,tell me,i will happily re-do it in the way you like.

(Well,teh special effects are like well there's tint which gives it a tiny bit of a color of your choice,pixilate which makes it blurry,heat cam which makes it look like it was taken with a heat camera,night vision,blueprint,and much more.)

(theme is just soemthign that helps me get a better idea of what you want.Oh and do you want a border on it too?I just figured out how to make a border.)

(Crap.I can't make banners out of pictures that are not on tinypic,that's the program im using.It's pretty easy really.Anyways,well i cant find the pic mud wanted on tinypic thus i can't make a banner out of it,sad to say.I hate to say this but if you really want a banner you should pick another pic.)

im gonna need a banner for meh rp, and nize wid da fire^^ i like volcanoes, just not when im dat close to one...)
