UPDATE
9/30/10: today, i was able to do push ups and crurl ups REALLY easy in gym, its like i'm getting stronger and in band, if in my head i say i want to get every note on this song right the time we played it, IT HAPPENED! and right now i feel like this energy like really strong!)

yesterday, couldnt do 1 push up
today, 10 push ups without being tired out and felt like i could do 30 more!)
